ENVI Engineering was the Commissioning Agent for the renovation and buildout of a 175k square foot warehouse building for the Harris County District Attorney and District Clerk. The county purchased the 1942 building in 2012 with the intent to provide records storage, constable’s office and district attorney’s office.
