ENVI Engineering provided Building Systems Commissioning for the re-construction of LEMM Elementary School. The facility was impacted by the effects of Hurricane Harvey. Flood damage resulted in 100% of the facility to be re-constructed. The facility includes typical educational areas, such as administration areas, classroom areas, media/library center, gymnasium, cafeteria, and kitchen.
Klein Independent School District chose the Commissioning Process as their quality-oriented process for achieving, verifying and documenting, the performance of LEMM Elementary School’s building systems and assemblies. Systems commissioned were plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and building automation control systems.
