Mrs. Soto with ENVI Engineering was the Retro-Commissioning Agent representing CenterPoint Energy’s Retro-Commissioning Program for Sheldon ISD Carroll Elementary School & Null Middle School. The project followed a three phase process (planning, investigation, and verification phase) that incorporates Owner involvement with the technical expertise of the Retro-Commissioning Agent at each phase.
