The founder and president of the firm, Mrs. Rachael Soto, is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and a certified Commissioning Agent. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston and brings a wealth of experience to the industry. Over the years, Mrs. Soto has led numerous industrial, commercial, and healthcare projects, serving as a Mechanical Engineer, Project Manager, and Commissioning Agent. Her leadership is marked by a collaborative spirit and a proven ability to guide multidisciplinary teams toward successful outcomes.
